efficient process nice area hot temperature noisy air conditioning
The check-in process was efficient. The staff was quite helpful. I found the bar area to be nicely appointed. The evening meal was excellent.
The room temperature was too hot during the night. The air conditioning unit was noisy and did not effectively cool the room.

spacious room hotel toiletries air conditioning
the room was spacious clean. the hotel provides toiletries tea coffee and a kettle. air conditioning worked well. i found the facilities great.
i found only one pillow each on the bed no extra in room. the pillows i had were lumpy. i slept poorly.
